"Collaborative Leadership: Engaged Participants - Your Most Critical Resource" recognizes that success depends on the strength and skill of the individuals who have come together to purse collaborative work. Materials from the Developing People and Self-Reflection modules will be featured. The conversation will explore how we maximize talents and resources to create leadership capacity and look critically at individual experiences to identify how they impact collaborative practice. 

Objectives:
1. Identify specific collaborative leadership skills that enhance group cohesiveness and help ensure sustainability. 
2. Increase knowledge of different types of Coaching and Mentoring approaches.
3. Identify the skills associated with Coaching and Mentoring.
4. Examine the concept of Emotional Intelligence and its relationship to personal collaborative leadership skills.
