Gregory is currently the Program Manager for the Department of Transportation’s National Response Program. He has been with the Department for more than 13 years. Within that time period, Gregory has been activated for numerous major Incidents including Hurricane’s Katrina, Ike, and Gustav, as well as the tsunami in American Samoa. He has led the Department’s planning efforts in situations such as the 2009 Presidential Inauguration. Gregory has also spent time in several regional offices as well as on Capitol Hill. He has been affiliated with several organizations and has worked closely with numerous agencies throughout the Emergency Response Community.
He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Delaware State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Morgan State University.
