Target Audience: This course is designed for volunteer/donations coordinators, leaders of volunteer organizations, public information officers, and state/local government involved in volunteer/donations management

Course Description: This 1 and 1/2-day, Advanced Professional Series course provides training on preparation for and handling volunteer and donations issues, addressing areas of donated unsolicited goods, unaffiliated volunteers, and undesignated cash.
